All of the Manistee area trails are holding up nicely considering the lack of snowfall and warmer temps we’ve been experiencing. The Big M Outer Loop and Beginner were reported to be in great shape last night. A rider commented that the first half going clockwise had a few icy patches, but they were rideable even without studs. The Manistee Non-Motorized Trail Park continues to be solid with no reports of icy patches.
Looks like we are in for quite the warm up with weekend with chances of rain forecast on both Saturday and Sunday. Probably a god idea to get your rides in on Thursday and Friday this week to preserve spring fat biking conditions.
